Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS For orders over $150 we require signature confirmation. due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address, customers will be responsible for any new shipping costs associated with resending the package.

 Exchanges of the same item are accepted within 7 days of receiving the items. All items sent back are at the senders expense. It is recommended  that you ship items with tracking. We are not responsible for lost items.

In case of lost, damaged in transit, stolen packages marked "delivered "please contact USPS and provide your tracking number for all claims. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. No refunds will be issued. Please note in comment section if you choose to receive signature confirmation.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided to us with your order. You can use the tracking number to locate your package.

PLEASE NOTE: SheCravez LLC is NOT responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with weather and package origin and destination. These cases are rare but relevant.
